What began as a small, ambitious project is now a thriving company: A core of eight permanent team members works daily to create online experiences that delight customers and grow brands. The team is supported by a network of over 20 experienced, specialized freelancers – developers, designers, strategists – who contribute their expertise flexibly and on a project-by-project basis. Our clients can either work with them directly, or we coordinate and plan their objectives strategically – always with the goal of generating increased revenue.

As an official Shopify Partner and certified Shopify Plus Support Partner, 5pm supports brands not only in setting up new stores but also in the complex migration of existing systems to Shopify – securely, efficiently, and sustainably. Over the years, 5pm has established itself as an expert in store migrations and supports companies in one of the most critical steps of their digital transformation.

5pm currently serves over 50 clients – from dynamic startups to established brands – and accompanies them on their journey through the complex world of digital commerce. 1. Contact

2. Getting to know each other

In a video call with our founder, Lukas, you'll discuss your goals and aspirations openly. He'll listen carefully, contribute initial ideas, and offer suitable tools. If both parties feel comfortable, you'll receive a binding offer. After your down payment, we'll start with a 2-3 hour workshop in which we'll define your goals in more detail and develop a clear roadmap for implementation together.

3. Workshop

In our 1-2 hour workshop, we'll work together to clarify your goals and obstacles. Step by step, we'll define measurable priorities and develop a realistic, actionable roadmap—strategically thought out and individually tailored to your project. At the end, you'll have your objectives in hand—including concrete next steps you can start implementing right away.

4. Implementation

Use this text to share information about your brand with your customers. Describe a product, share announcements, or welcome customers to your store.

5. Showtime

After about four to six weeks, everything is ready. Content, technology, and strategy are all intertwined. Now your moment begins. Your project goes live—be it a website, a brand, or a campaign. You present yourself to the world with clarity, character, and self-confidence. And even after the launch, we'll be by your side, working together to develop, grow, and optimize.
