As part of this monthly package, you will receive a response by email within a maximum of 4 hours regarding errors you have reported. Errors in API connections often occur due to changes in the connection requirements of third-party providers such as otto.de , zalando.de , payment service providers or third-party providers such as billbee or Codisto . This monthly package includes the detection and thus identification of errors. Depending on the effort required by errors that occur, we will provide you with a separate offer that always corresponds to the work required to correct errors. This package can be canceled monthly.
